I was just watching the Anderson Cooper 360 Podcast from yesterday, actually making it Tuesday’s episode, and he had on a guest Stephen Flynn who discussed the infrastructure problems America faces and how they relate to the recent Florida black outs. Quote that got me hooked? Here it is:
“We need to go back to Dwight D. Eisenhower, who really put infrastructure at the forefront.”
Eisenhower is easily my favorite President of all time. Ya know those interstates and highways you love to drive on so much? Yeah, that was Eisenhower’s foresight. Don’t even get me started on his genius of the “Military Industrial Complex”
